This corner lot in the city park has been fully renovated and features a newly built garage in western Ohio. The main house has magnificent views into the city park to the east.
I designed the garage to match the house’s architecture, enabling me to create plans that seamlessly integrate the garage with the existing structure. 3D visualization was instrumental in resolving architectural challenges in the garage design. Determining the appropriate roof height was crucial to accommodate an office on the second level while maintaining harmony with the house's design.

The garage, a carriage style —with parking for vehicles, a potting bench and a workout area at the lower level, and studio office space at the upper level—cedar board siding to match the main house with various gardens on the south side.
