What This Covers
The flat fee includes a fully custom design plus an initial block of project management hours (often around 15–20, depending on scope) to handle sourcing, vendor coordination, and installation details. If you need more time, we add extra hours at our standard rate or arrange an additional retainer—so you only pay for the support you need.
